Scrambled Chilli Eggs

A straight-forward recipe that will liven up scrambled eggs; just add Reggae Reggae Sauce!

What’s in it?

  • 4 eggs
  • a big dollop of butter
  • 1-2 tbsp Reggae Reggae sauce
  • buttered toast, to serve

How’s it made?

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them lightly with a fork. Melt the butter in a small pan and then lower the heat and add the eggs. Leave the eggs to cook for 30 seconds or so, then cook, stirring often, until they have formed creamy curds.
  2. Take off the heat and stir in the sauce, to taste. Serve on buttered toast.
